The item description clearly states that this item comes with a screen protection kit:
"Product Features:
-Extremely slim profile showcases more of your HTC Evo 4G
-Form fit feature covers back and corners
-Impact resistant, flexible plastic shell
-Access to all ports and functions
-Screen protection kit included"

Although mine did not. I even read in the reviews that this is the only down-side to this case because other reviewers have stated the screen protection kit isn't that great. My case did not come with a screen protection kit, just the case itself in a clear rigid-plastic package.

I still give the product 2 stars because the case is otherwise working well.

Well the package arrived on the day stated, that's a good start.
Nice feel to it. Slim as stated, when looking at the phone from the front, you almost don't notice it has a case on.
Especially like the raised circle around the camera lens, good protection for that part.
but, it didn't come with the screen protector as stated.

This case basically protects the back and sides of your phone. It doesn't protect the part that's most vulnerable to damage: the screen and the edges of the screen. Most cases have a raised edge around the screen to protect it in case you drop it flat on its face - this case won't do anything for it. All it protects is the back case which usually doesn't break if you drop it on that side - it'll just pop off.
